The hotel staff was very unfriendly.

I stayed here 4 nights and loved it. Exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control, a seating area and a writing table.

The staff there were welcoming and amazing. The room was amazing and functional, loved fine bed. The location was wonderful, at a short distance from The City.

No complains at all, the venue met requirements, recommend it. There were pleasant staff and rooms.

We had 2 days in Cancun, spending our time here lovely. We loved that the hotel was 33 minutes drive from the airport.

It is fairly clean and huge hotel, the staff are adorable and location very close to everything is brilliant.

I loved the cozy room and very competent staff. Breakfast had lots of options and cheese, eggs, fresh fruit and omelet were healthy.

Unbelievable location, lovely interior, inclusive breakfast. It's near the beach, which is amazing. Double room is quite, we also liked ROMANTIC views.

Decent position and long room. Always top-class, the staff were happy to help. Extraordinary view, a beautiful balcony, comfortable bed, too. The breakfast was reasonably priced, I liked it.

Food was amazing, room was relaxing, liked the luxury bathroom. The staff here was smart - good service & excellent communication. It was good to have alcoholic drinks in the salad bar.

Fairly friendly personnel, AWESOME food and drinks. Our room had a really comfy bed and an absolutely gorgeous view. Everything was fabulous during our stay yet disappointing aspect was dirty bathroom. Pretty cool hotel, 16 miles from Cancun airport.

Everything was so perfect! So lovely and clean enough hotel, liked it. The rooms were spacious enough and beautifully decorated, we had a perfect time there. Quite big private bathroom. The property was in a beautiful area. Ans oonly a 5-minute walk from plaza fiesta.

Best hostel we have stayed in. Wasn't expecting to have a kitchen.

Stayed here before, truly enjoyed the facilities and location. I dined next to the hotel at Casa Tequila. There was a shared kitchen for making my own meals. Furthermore, parking nearby was a bonus. This place is great value for money.

Decent base for a romantic escape in Cancun! Bonus was free Wi Fi. Can recommend this place to everyone...
